An optimal interpretation scenario is often one of the most essential success factors in meetings of all sizes, especially in large conferences requiring top-of-the-line conference interpretation equipment and professional interpreters.
Depending on your meeting parameters, we can offer either a fully enclosed interpreters’ booth or a table-top booth. Fully enclosed booths are designed to work with most venue configurations and can accommodate two or three interpreters. Enclosed booths are best for large venues with noise-sensitive environments and assure perfect sound isolation with minimum sound interference for the interpreters and the audience.
Table-top booths are perfect for smaller meeting spaces and scenarios with quick room changes, such as for conferences with breakout sessions. A booth like this can be quickly assembled and placed on a standard 6-foot table.
As part of our services, we will provide an expert technician who will coordinate his job with the venue conference manager to set up the equipment, monitor it in the course of the event and dismantle it quickly and efficiently afterwards.
